THE RATE

*6 Hour Minimum plus, Setup and Takedown to be done during reservation time.*

$300 Required Cleaning-Deposit *We do deep cleaning but require all food-drinks-trash-decorations to be thrown in garbage bins that are provided*

$50 to Tour, to be taken from rental fee

$140 to Reserve pouring Bartender w/4hr minimum, $35 an hour after minimum
*TABC Certified Bartender with Liquor Liability Insurance is REQUIRED
for ANY-ALL BEER/WINE/LIQUOR ON PREMISES MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE EVENT*
